Duncan has 25 years experience of working in marketing communications and consultation. His work has involved major UK agencies, trusts and foundations and government departments. His work is divided between consultation on policy developments – especially in the education sector and communications consultancy. He has developed advocacy plan for a number of programmes and has led on major partnership projects – the largest involved 42 partners and budget of over £7m.
