N J Kalaivani, obtained her MSc in agricultural economics from the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, currently working as a Research Fellow with the Centre for Research on Innovation and Science Policy (CRISP), Hyderabad, India. Previously, she handled many rural development and agriculture based projects funded by the Department of Science and Technology at PROGRESS, an NGO based at Hyderabad.
