Dr Rasheed Sulaiman V

Rasheed was trained as an agricultural extension specialist. He is an internationally recognised authority on the reform of agricultural extension and the applications of innovation systems perspectives in extension planning and has published widely in his field of specialisation. He is currently the Director of the Centre for Research on Innovation and Science Policy (CRISP), Hyderabad, India - the host organisation for LINK in Asia.
Dr Sulaiman was previously a Senior Scientist (Agricultural Extension) with the National Centre for Agricultural Economics and Policy Research (NCAP) of the Indian Council of Agricultural Research in New Delhi. In recent years, he has collaborated with and advised a number of national and international organizations including: DFID, FAO, World Bank, ICRISAT, ODI and UNU-MERIT.
