Matilda Amara

Matilda is responsible for the facilitation of the poultry feed production and marketing platform (south and east).
Before joining RIU, Matilda worked in several capacities with organizations in Sierra Leone. She has served as a member of a research team for World Food Program and the Project Administrative Officer as well as Field Monitor for an NGO in Sierra Leone. With a field experience spanning a period of three years, Matilda has encountered issues if livelihoods in rural farming communities, community health, rural and community development efforts particularly of rural women.
Education
She has a Master's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics.
