Matilda supports all RIU's logistical and administrative tasks including organizing meetings at the programme level; and handling processes at the ground level including, coordinating and handling field operations including chicks distribution and identifying and linking inputs suppliers with farmers as well as managing deployment and supervision of household advisors. She ensures that farmers are receiving all the necessary support to operate their poultry enterprises.
Matilda has been working with MUVEK Development Solutions as the Office Manager since 2006.

Bachelor of Science Degree in Home Economics and Human Nutrition for Sokoine University of Agriculture
