Robert Mgeni
Senior programme officer
RIU Tanzania

Robert is responsible for the planning and programme delivery. He is the link between field operations and the national processes. He has previously worked in the agricultural and civil society sectors. He has extensive experience in grants making and grants management including development of grants tools, screening and assessment, grants disbursement and liquidations, budgeting and follow-ups. He has also been widely involved in designing and conducting baseline surveys, networking and coalition building and organizational development. Robert is a monitoring and evaluation consultant including project preparation, project implementation and overall project monitoring and evaluation.

Education
Master's Degree in Management of Development from Turin University, Italy. Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public Administration and Political Science from the University of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
