RIU Best Bets results - round 1: East, Central and Southern Africa
Four successful proposals, representing a total investment by RIU of more than £1.5 million, were announced at RIU Best Bets event, held in Nairobi, 26-27 November 2009. They have now passed the due diligence stage - clearing the way for contracts to be issued.

RIU Best Bets - East, Central and Southern Africa
The eight shortlisted RIU Best Bets are in Nairobi pitching for their share of the £5m grant aid fund. Over the next 2 days they will be presenting their ideas to a private sector panel and on Friday RIU will make provisional offers to the most promising ideas.
