RIU - Research Into Use

Africa

The bulk of the RIU investment is taking place in sub-Saharan Africa. This is in the form of the six Africa Country Programmes and the RIU Best Bets. RIU also inherited work which forms the RNRRS legacy - a database of around 250 projects which showed promise in terms of getting research into use.

This section brings together summaries of the RIU and RNRRS investment by region.

Ian Maudlin, RIU Director, introduces Research Into Use, explains its aims and outlines the impacts the programme hopes to achieve. November 2009 (3:55)   RIUtv
