Former Ugandan Vice-President, Specioza Kazibwe, who is now the Presidential Advisor on micro-finance, explains why she supports the Stop Sleeping Sickness project. Supported by Research Into Use, the project aims to set up a network of community vets who will take part in a programme to fight the spread of sleeping sickness.
